Natasha is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and commercial property operations at Palmer Properties. She oversees all accounting functions for the company while playing a key role in property management, asset oversight, and organizational operations. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization. Her background in automotive finance, banking, and commercial lending informs her strong, detail‑driven approach to financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Natasha enjoys entertaining, travelling, and spending time with her husband, grown children and extended family and has been active in community service and volunteering for more than 25 years.

Lisa provides key support across office administration, operations and day-to-day decision making at Palmer Properties. She brings over a decade of experience from the private healthcare sector, where she developed strong expertise in administration, patient consultation and client-centered care.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University of Edmonton and is known for her thoughtful, people-focused approach.

A proud wife and mother, Lisa is deeply committed to her family and community. She has volunteer extensively with local Edmonton schools and organizations. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys gardening, travelling and exploring Edmonton’s vibrant dining scene with family and friends.

Winnipeg-born R. Barry Palmer has devoted his life to hard work, integrity, and the belief that opportunity is something you build with your own hands. His early years were spent in a variety of roles — lifeguard, CP Rail, Fireman with the Winnipeg Fire Department — before he moved to Calgary and began a successful career in sales and management with Tuck Tape, AP Parts of Canada, and Midas Canada.

In 1978, he incorporated R.B. Palmer & Associates Ltd. and purchased MacDonald Muffler in Edmonton, transforming it into Edmonton’s busiest muffler and exhaust shop. He then founded and expanded multiple automotive brands — Capilano, Atlas, Thrifty, Economy, Alberta Custom Exhaust, Associated Muffler, AutoGroup and Barex Equities — building shops, warehouses, and commercial buildings across Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer.

Across 48 years, he created not just businesses, but a legacy of entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community impact that shaped the automotive service landscape in Alberta.
